Materials
6 Large potatoes peeled and washed
1 Celery stalk and wash and large peeled hard outer skin.
1 Cup celery leaves washed and chopped
3 Tablespoons butter
1 Mustard spoon

Preparation
To remove salt water put the potatoes and celery stalks cut into equal pieces, Quick cooking. Cook approximately- 20 Minutes to soften.
