I'm not usually a big fan of coconut milk, But following a crazy craving for pumpkin at a meal, I decided this time to go for this pop-up, It turned out to be extremely tasty and easy to prepare. I quickly cut a pumpkin into small cubes that match the chicken breast cubes for stir-fry. In a pan with olive oil I fried strips of onions, I added the chicken cubes, And after golden, also the pumpkin cubes. I seasoned with curry (Dry spice), Sailor, Black pepper and dried chili flakes.
