Parmesan Cakes and herbs (About 18 units.)

  • Cup and a quarter (175 G) White flour

Sweet version with edible flowers

If you want to have a sweet version with Edible flowers Instead of herbs, change the ingredients to sweet butter cookies and herbs for flowers in the same method of preparation.. (And here's another source. Edible flowers List)

Ingredients for 45 small sweet cookies:

  • 175 G soft butter
  • Three-quarters of sugar.

  • 2 Cups flour
  • Half teaspoon baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • A little lemon zest.

Preparation:
