Good Morning Beautiful People. Hope you enjoyed the weekend despite the excessive heat. I personally saved it especially for rest and completing the cultural differences in front of a pile of books, Newspapers, Movies and cookies(!) Difficult for anyone to survive this heat, But here it is about to evaporate. One of the painful issues of these days, Both to eat in the heat, And I'm improvising something out of nothing this week was in the pantry. These are the things that come out the best flavor in the end. The most simple pasta, With olive oil, Zucchini, Peas and Mushrooms. Some cheese, Some pepper and you are set. Delicious end.
The end of summer pasta (4 Packet)
Materials
Package of Barilla Pasta (500 Grams spaghetti, Posime or whatever's in the closet)
Large onion, cut into strips
4 Cloves of garlic sliced in thin slices
2-3 Zucchini (Allow for two colors, With the bark) Well-washed and sliced into thin slices
1/2 A cup of peas (Products)
Clean, sliced fresh mushrooms
Ricotta cheese
olive oil
Salt and pepper coarsely
2 Canware Herb Cubes (Or a handful of fresh basil leaves)
Preparation
Boil water with a large pot salt and cook the pasta al-Dante.
Hot skillet pour olive oil generously (4-5 Tablespoons), And when it is hot, fry the onion thoroughly and after a minute add the garlic. Stir. Add the Zucchini, The seasoning cubes and continue to mix. After a minute or two, When the zucchini is inserted, the mushrooms are added., And after a minute the peas. Continue to mix. When the pasta's ready., Pour the water and add it into the pan/pan and stir together another minute on the fire and Maccabim.
Transfer to plates., Lifting ricotta cheese over, Salt and pepper coarse and you have a great delicacy.. Appetite!

Pasta with zucchini is one of the things that screams summer (In the positive sense of the word; Unlike, Suppose, Lahmsin), Loved the idea of adding peas!

המנה טעימה מאוד, ואפילו עוד יותר יום אחרי (למרות שפסטה טעימה טרייה).
גבינת ריקוטה מגיעה גם בגוש קטן, ופשוט מפוררים ביד חופן לפי העדפת כמות כמו בפרמזן. Yummy.

Since I didn't have peas at home, I used edamame seeds .
Also I buy pasta at Eden Market 3 Colors made from beetroot flour, basil and turmeric, which added more flavor
